Foods was founded in 2001 by Annabel Rorden, a former caterer and home winemaker.
The idea behind the company is to demystify the art of food and wine pairing,
to promote the concept that food and wine are a natural marriage, and to explore
the ingredients that make such a marriage not only successful but a true "epiphany."
The focus of Epiphany Foods is two-fold. First, drawing on Annabel's considerable expertise in this relatively underdeveloped field, the company offers educational seminars and consulting services for restaurants, wineries, and the public.
Second, Annabel's exclusive label of food products, Epiphany Gourmet,
distills her research into some exquisite edibles available for retail
to the public and wholesale to merchants.
